Login to your account and click on my orders / check your email for order status.

Go to My account page > Login > Orders > Track order or chek your email for tracking details.

To cancel your order go to My account page > Login > Orders > Cancel. * Note – We reserve the rights to accept or reject order cancellation appeal. For queries on returning your order please contact +020 7493 6133.

Depending on your bank, a refund can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to show in your account once the return has been processed.

All types of debit and credit card valid in UK.

If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, your courier may leave you a delivery attempt notice. With your delivery attempt notice you can request a new delivery. If you are not available in either case the order will be reversed to Audleys.
